How long will my order take?
You will receive your order within 5-7 days of placing it. Processing time for pre-orders will be mentioned separately. International Orders can take 7-14 days in shipping. Please note that delays in shipments are common and cannot be controlled. I apologise for any delays.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are ₹100 for domestic orders. Please select your country at checkout for international orders to calculate the shipping charges. Please note that neither domestic nor International packages are insured. I will not be held responsible for missing/lost/stolen/undelivered packages, and unfortunately, cannot issue a refund in such cases. I am not in control of the packages once they have been shipped.
My tracking details show that my package is delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?
Please drop an email at paintsbykush@gmail.com with your tracking details within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that it would not be possible for me to look into the issue after more than 24 hours of delivery.
I entered an incorrect address, what do I do?
Please contact me at paintsbykush@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. I will modify the shipping details. Please note that such details cannot be modified once your order has been shipped.
I have received a damaged item, what should I do?
Don’t worry! :) Please contact me and send images of the damaged products at paintsbykush@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. I will check and have the product replaced. Please note that shipping charges for returns and replacements are to be paid by the customer.
How do I cancel my order?
I do not accept cancellations.
Can I order your products if I’m from outside of India?
Yes, you can! I am currently shipping to the United Kingdom, United States, UAE, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Singapore, and Guatemala. If your country is not listed here, please contact me via the 'Let's Chat!' button at the bottom right corner. I shall try my best to arrange to ship to your country.
